Kitchen Manager The Living (Sous Chef) - Pillows Grand Hotel Reylof - 04/05/18

Your role As Kitchen Manager The Living (Sous Chef) you will be responsible for the kitchen team and the culinary level in our bistro The Living. You will be responsible for all daily operations: the mise en place, preparation of à la carte dishes, menus for events etc. You will advice your team and guests about the dishes and combinations of dishes. You will manage the budget and order all necessary supplies. You will ensure the kitchen stays clean and all hygiene regulations are respected.

Vereiste vaardigheden:   Who are you Are you an experienced guest oriented culinary specialist ready for the next level? Someone who can coach a team and motivate them to excel? Do you want to help us create the best hotel in Belgium? Check your profile; A passion for cooking and knowledge of and experience in modern cooking techniques. A completed professional hospitality study. Experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting. Proven skills managing and coaching a team in a high demand context. Keen interest in continuously growing your knowledge and skills. Able to work independently with a positive mindset. Impeccable communicative skill in English, Dutch and French. Any other language is a plus.
