Compétences requises: | For accounting the trainee will cooperate with the Financial Controller. The tasks and responsibilities of the Accounting intern are: - All accounts receivable - City Ledgers and Credit Cards - Income Audit - Filing of the bills with the right back-up (registration forms, reservations etc.) - Bank payments concerning traveling agencies, Credit Cards, City Ledgers (gross and net) - Follow up outstanding payments - Check and make corrections in Opera - Double check the night-audit - Sending bills per post, e-mail and fax with back-ups - Correct filing of all documents - Answering questions concerning the accounting department - Assisting the Financial Controller |
