Meeting and Events Organiser - 07/01/22

When the contract for an event is signed by our client, our sales department will hand over this booking to you. From this moment you are the point of contact for the customer and you will ensure that the event is perfectly prepared. You ensure that all the details are discussed and that the customer wishes of the customer are well taken care of. An important aspect will be maximizing revenue by upselling and cross-selling. You are responsible for last minute changes and maintain communication with both: the client and the various (performing) departments within the hotel. Furthermore, you will prepare the function sheet for the operational departments. Together with the reservation office you will make sure that the rooming list is correct. Eventually, the banqueting department will perform the event that you prepared. After the event you will be responsible for the invoice and the follow up contact with the clients. Because of your organizational skills, our clients continuing with pleasure and book again at the NH Hotel Group!
