Regional Recruitment Manager - UK and Brussels - 09/05/18

As Regional Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the development, day-to-day management and delivery of an effective end-to-end recruitment strategy for your region. You will actively manage the attraction, recruitment and selection of future talent in line with our company standards and best practice guidelines. This will involve sourcing and recruiting high calibre Team Members for our iconic properties, Brown’s Hotel in London, The Balmoral, Edinburgh and Amigo Hotel in Brussels as well as promoting our other hotels and the wider company as an employer of choice.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		You will need to be proactive and commercially-minded in order to recruit the highest calibre candidates in the most cost-efficient way, using new and innovative methods and a diverse range of sources. To be considered for the role you must have at least 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, ideally for a five star hotel company. You will be able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels, with great communication skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and an ability to speak French is desirable but not essential. The role can be based at either London, Edinburgh or Brussels, although regular travel will be required to provide services to all three hotels.
