Day Receptionist - 20/08/21
You are responsible for all aspects of the Front Office Operations in order to maintain the high standards required meeting the Company and Guests expectations. You ensure that full handovers are given and understood at the change of shift. You ensure that (inter)national guests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. You are a flexible person, a team player who can also work independently. You have an eye for detail and are result-driven.

| Compétences requises: | Ensure a consistently high level of service, both to clients and colleagues; You are fluent in Dutch , French and English • Know the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and apply them in all circumstances; • Attend service meetings or, where applicable, work-related consultations. • Be familiar with the fire and safety regulations, apply them when necessary and use the Personal Protective Means provided where they are prescribed; • Perform other duties attributable to the function and respond to any reasonable request from management; • Follow on-the-job training and all work-related training. | |||||
