E-commerce & Revenue Collaborator (H/F) - 20/05/19

Marketing - In charge of replying to all OTA reviews and keeping track of review pro feedback - Taking care of social media for both hotels and The Avenue (regular posting + replying to client demands via Social Media) - Keeping all (3rd party) websites updated: OTA / IBE / GDS / WJ - Being the link with bloggers/influencers – deciding which ones we want to collaborate with, welcoming them to the hotel, site visits, etc … - In charge of creating and updating a yearly event calendar - Take part in the Tripadvisor Business webinar, and making sure both hotels are correctly loaded - Organize photoshoot for missing pictures - In charge of all internal marketing (flyers in elevators, screens in lobby,…) - Making sure the Warwick marketing ID is followed - Collect market and competitive intelligence to maximize sales opportunities - Organize and track all branded hotel collateral ( brochures, give-aways, vouchers,…) - Update GDS following PAG instructions - Participate in the monthly Travelclick Media Report calls - Organize mailings - Assist planning and executing of client events and FAM trips Revenue - Distribution maintenance : OTA, DIR, GDS - Implimentations, mapping (Synxis  Siteminder) - Rate laoding, links, corporate + groups, special offers + communication - Reporting, monthly & daily pick-up - Analyses Revenue Meetings - Major upcoming tasks shared with Revenue Manager : Siteminder - Overall absence back up Revenue Manager, pricing, inventory control, Revenue Manager files

Compétences requises:   - Degree in Hotel Management - At least 2 years of working experience in Hospitality - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Must be able to speak, read, write in French, English - Strong administrational, organization and follow-through abilities - Present and represent the hotel values - Strong customer/suppliers interaction skills - Superior time management and ability to multi-task - Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Opéra
