Meeting & Events Trainee - 21/02/19

Administrative responsibilities: • Groups Reservations • Be in contact with the client • Enter Group rate calculation • Make & send the offers; Make the contracts • Enter the rooming lists • Open a Post Master • Make the follow up • Prepare cancellation fees; Send reservation confirmation • Enter the Groups offer Report • Prepare proforma invoice / invoices and group for BO meeting Operational responsibilities: • Direct contact with the costumer • Presentation of the event • Enter Group rate calculation • Make sure all meetings rooms and banquets are properly set up • Take care of last minute customer request • Do your best to get a 100% customer satisfaction
