- Coordination of the office of the sales department (Answering telephone calls, handling e-mails, arrange meetings/appointments, monitoring and guarding of all telephones in sales office, follow up of sales database). - Administration of contracts and do RFP’s using the various RFP tools - Prepare and turn down showrooms - Site Inspections - Assisting reservation department (answering telephones, providing information and making Reservations). - Assisting Conference & Events Coordinator (Handling requests, site inspections, making offers, follow up and after sales, assisting in making of BQT forecast). - Handling PR related e-mails forwarded by DOS - Liaise with Design Hotels - Maintain SMO strategy - Monitoring Tripadvisor (French and Italian) - Monthly reporting - Completing and maintenance of prospects list - Making of marketing materials (flyers) - Handle vouchers and listing - Resto.be - Questionnaires - Travel agent production - Do guest related services as room drops - Assistance on fairgrounds - Updating and maintaining of hotel website - Participate in creating newsletter
