In this role you would: • Welcome guests • Get personal • Cover the bar and the room • Work in the restaurant • And always stay connected with guests. For the breakfast: -maintains and deals with the cleaning (putty) of the material or room furniture -rids the service table and brings the plates and things used to plunge - takes part in the preparation and the realization of parties, banquets and buffets - Setting up the breakfast buffet: plates, glasses, cups... bring the necessary things for lunch and arrange them on the buffet: various fruit juices, fruit salads, breads, cornflakes, butter, deli meats and dairy products, jam ... - Has hot buffet: meat preparations, eggs. - Complete the dishes and cutlery, draw up the tables. - Welcomes guests, serves coffee and tea. - Rid the lunch buffet, complete the set up. - Provides hot and cold drinks in the meeting rooms; serves coffee during breaks. -go get the dishes in the kitchen and bring them at the service table Qualifications and Skills Skills: Strong communication skills To limit food waste and thus to consider a maximum of recycling possibilities Ensuring the display of the buffets and to be present in the dining room in order to facilitate the service for customers or to ensure the replacement and the displaying of dishes Attitude: Flexibility and adaptability Stress resistance Customer orientation Punctuality Motivation Team-orientation Ability to take initiatives Adaptability and self-development Honesty Openness
