Restaurant Manager LOF – Pillows Grand Hotel Reylof - 04/05/18

Your role Not only Grand Hotel Reylof will undergo a metamorphosis this summer, our restaurant LOF will as well. Currently already an established gastronomic value in Ghent, we want to lift LOF to the next level and actively pursue a Michelin star. To do so, we require extra talent for our already highly skilled restaurant team. We are therefore looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who will be responsible, together with his team, to bring our guests a unique gastronomic experience. We are looking for someone who will lead by example and drive his team to deliver the best possible service to our guests and further develop their own knowledge and skills.

Compétences requises:		Who are you Are you an experienced F&B professional with a passion for luxury? Someone who can coach a team and motivate them to excel? Do you believe that there is no greater purpose than the comfort and well-being of the people we serve? Check your profile; A completed professional hospitality study. Minimum 5 years experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting. Experience in Michelin Star rated establishments is a plus. Proven skills managing and coaching a team in a high demand context. Keen interest in continuously growing your knowledge and skills. Able to work independently with a positive mindset. Impeccable communicative skill in English, Dutch and French. Any other language is a plus.
